Pete has sold "Heroes of the Footplate" to Invertrain. However, he still has numbers of painted figures from the range in stock which are for sale, these are painted by the master himself. HR49 Stroudley Lochgorm Tank 0-6-0T 7mm scale.
This engine is robustly constructed in nickel silver from drawings and photos, without the aid of a kit, and painted by Pete in Drummond II livery of the 1902-12 period. Fitted with an ABC Mini Gooch gearbox and M1824 motor with flywheel to ensure smooth performance. More photos and details can be found on this blog in the posts for 2021. Price £1,500

NER Lowfit wagon built and painted by Pete Armstrong from a Connoisseur Models etched brass kit with working ring bolts to secure the Farmall tractor load. Price £135.00 post free.

Built by Pete without the aid of a kit though with numerous brass castings from the trade, HR56 is resplendent in unlined Drummond II livery of the years 1902-1912. Fitted with an ABC gearbox and M1824 motor, performance excedes expectations. The cab interior is fully detailed and includes a crew designed for this engine by the author. Price £1,500

The brake van below is built from an etched nickel silver sheet designed by Pete and is available at the reduced price of £25.00. I have only one etch left now and a second run is not envisaged. Probably one for the more expert modeller.
